Nestor’s story<\/h3>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n

I never wanted to sell things, but growing up, it had always been on my heart to be a part of developing places and people. My aim is to start a real estate business. I want to build and develop places where people can find rest along with places where they can build their lives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What led me to Itzinya was their concept; I really liked it. For me Itzinya is \u201cBusiness Start-up made simple\u201d. I have been attending business school for 4 years and we learn so many things but they are all loose pieces and for me Itzinya helped me put those pieces together. While attending school, my biggest question was \u201chow can I start now?\u201d Itzinya gave me the answer to that question.<\/span><\/p>\n

The course is very practical and it helped me dig deeper and realise what I wanted to do. For me, Itzinya put things into perspective. It clarified for me what my business ideas were and how could they be improved practically. This helped me take my abstract ideas and narrow them down. Furthermore, Itzinya has helped me take things step by step and caused me to focus on the important tasks at hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would recommend Itzinya to anybody who wants to initiate a start-up, especially those who do not know where to begin. Even if you have a business degree but you are struggling to start, Itzinya is the answer. If you are an entrepreneur and you want to start now; Itzinya is what you need.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to this, Itzinya is a good way for people who cannot attend business school to start viable businesses as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

Right now, Nestor is finishing his studies at business school while also working on the development of his business idea. Although his end goal is to start a real-estate business, he started strategically working on a nutrition and fitness business to generate his own funds. Although there have been investors who are open to investing in his real-estate business, he did not want to start his real-estate business only depending on investments of others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n \n \n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

Togo is a French-speaking country in West Africa. It is a thin strip of land located between Ghana and Benin.<\/p>\n

Togo has a population of 7.1 million, consisting of 30 different ethic groups. In 1960 French Togoland became Togo, however, it was only in 2007 that Togo held its first free elections. Economically, even though it is one of the smallest countries in Africa due to its largely agricultural based export centre it is considered to be one of the countries with the highest living-standards on the continent.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n \n \n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Nestor Tsala from Togo<\/h3>\n

Being a son of a local entrepreneur in Togo, Nestor grew up helping at his mother\u2019s shop. In 2004 he moved to The Netherlands with his wife. Recently he has began making plans to initiate a real-estate business.<\/p>\n
